All the ingredients used are 100% vegan. That means no dairy, no eggs and no animal products of any kind. I mainly use local, organic and natural ingredients.

Some of the cakes can be made without using gluten or nuts or soya. Check the menu and look for the "no gluten available". For other allergies, contact me.
(Please, be aware that these products are prepared in a kitchen where gluten, nuts, peanuts and soya are present, so I cannot guarantee they are 100% free from cross-contamination.)
