All the ingredients used are 100% vegan. That means no dairy, no eggs and no animal products of any kind. I mainly use local, organic and natural ingredients.
Some of the cakes can be made without using gluten or nuts or soya. Check the menu and look for the "no gluten available". For other allergies, contact me.
