All our ingredients are 100% vegan. That means no dairy, no eggs and no animal products of any kind. We mainly use local, organic and natural ingredients.
Some of our cakes can be made without using gluten or nuts or soya. Check the menu and look for the "no gluten available". For other allergies, contact us. Please, be aware that we cannot guarantee a 100% free of contamination in these cases.

Hi, I'm Elena, the baker behind The Embassy catering. I started baking cakes when I was a young girl, just because I've always had a sweet tooth. Later in my life I found myself taking orders and supplying restaurants and cafés. This was my hobby and my second job for a few years while living in Italy and Spain, before I moved to Ireland. Three years ago I decided to go vegan and a few months after, I made my first vegan cake. I was astonished that, far away from being perfect, it came out really good. That encouraged me to try again and again, to research and improve recipes. To take up my passion for making cakes. And to help out those vegan folks who, like me, crave sweet treats in Cork and surrounds.
